What if I don’t have print-ready artwork?

Our design team can convert, recreate, or clean up your logo. Simple text changes are included; complex redraws may involve a design fee.

Why is vector artwork required?

Vector files ensure crisp, scalable, print-ready logos for screen printing, embroidery, engraving, transfers, and digital printing.

Do you match brand colours (PMS matching)?

Yes. Provide your Pantone (PMS) values and we will match as closely as possible based on decoration method. Some limitations may apply with embroidery or digital processes.

What decoration methods do you offer?

A pre-production sample is a decorated example of your actual item before full production. Recommended for high-value or complex orders. Additional fees and time may apply.
